Our work together starts with an Intake Visit that lasts approximately 75 minutes.  In advance of this visit, you will be asked to complete a 3-day Food, Mood and Exercise Journal as well as a Health Evaluation Form.  The goal of this visit is to dive in to the provided information to gain a better understanding of YOU, including where you have been, where you want to go and how I can help support you ~ think: nutritionist meets health detective meets wellness advocate!  During this visit, we will also discuss lifestyle practices, like: sleep, movement, stress, toxin exposure, etc.  Together, we will start creating a supportive plan using nutrition and lifestyle strategies customized for you. 

Follow-up visits last 45 minutes and offer a time to check-in to assess what may be working, and a time to work through any potential challenges you may be having.  Throughout this process, recipes, informational handouts, additional strategies and other resources will be provided based on your individual needs.
