Here is a smoothie idea for kickstarting your day!
1/4 cup cashews
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/3 c or more frozen kale
1/3 c frozen pineapple chunks
1/3 c frozen peach slices
1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
1 slice of a lemon (with peel, so opt for organic)
1/4 of avocado
1/2 cup or so of filtered water, almond milk, coconut milk, etc.
Ice to desired consistency (~ 1 cup)
Blend and enjoy!
